Meet Your Spirit Guide

Meet your spirit guides in this guided meditation. You have at least one spirit guide assigned to assist you along your life path. You may meet your main spirit guide or, with repeated use, you may meet your entire Spiritual Support Team, comprised of many spirit guides and higher guiding beings of light. 

Work with the Meet Your Spirit Guided Meditation to understand how your guiding beings wish to communicate with you; ask your questions and receive your guides’ insights and wisdom.

Use this meditation anytime you seek to connect with your Spiritual Support Team or you have a specific question to ask of your spirit guides. This meditation is also a great accompaniment to your daily guidance practice, and can be teamed with The Little Sage Oracle Cards.
