Your business has a soul and its own blueprint

Listen to the full episode below

Did you know that just like individuals, our businesses and creative projects also have their own unique essence and blueprint? Imagine what we could achieve if we learned how to tap into that—it could transform the way we approach business planning!

In today’s conversation, we explore the importance of recognising the soul of your business and the powerful shift happening in the business world right now. Here's a clue: those who will truly succeed are the ones who learn to harness the energy of their business.

We discuss:

  • adopting a more feminine, intuitive and cyclical approach top business

  • purpose-driven businesses is more than a mission, but about soul-led missions

  • entrepreneurs as custodians of the energetic entities they create

  • the energetic imprints of businesses and social media

Connecting to the soul of your business

Imagine how differently business could be done if we followed a more cyclical flow where we call on our intuition and creativity. Imagine allowing the seasons of our lives and business to guide us, as opposed to very old business paradigms of growth at all costs. Businesses and even our creative projects and passions, have their own souls. Just like us, these entities we create also have souls, and when we start to think about our businesses from that perspective, we can totally change the game.

“Perhaps not every business, or every one of our projects is overtly led by soul, but as things are shifting and changing on our planet, as we create businesses as separate energetic entities, many of them share characteristics of soul. ”

Many such business ideas are arriving, presenting themselves to us, asking us to become the custodians of their energy, their mission and legacies, asking us to birth them into form and usher them into their own power.

Perhaps, we are more familiar– or at least can entertain the idea— that we each have a soul and a soul blueprint, an energetic imprint of the lessons, purpose, gifts etc that our soul has chosen to incarnate with.

More and more frequently, so too do our businesses— particularly when we’ve birthed them by following our soul. When we are creating businesses that are destined to have an impact, to leave a mark they are following the blueprint of the business, not just us as individuals.

“It flips the thinking — we don’t plan, we respond. We don’t compete, we collaborate. We don’t project what our business needs, but rather we ask it —and become guided by it. We can tune into the energy of it, just as we would our own intuition or even our Spiritual Support Team, and let it guide us. Let it teach us. ”

Tuning into what’s at the soul of your business

When we create businesses, we name them, create identities for them which influence how the brand looks and feels. This is akin to creating energetic dynamics, even if we aren’t consciously aware that’s what we’re doing. If we are consciously aware, and proactively weaving the energy, we can create powerful dynamics and structures from the get go.

Then, we bring people into these containers. We start to weave in psychic and energetic cords, which creates an energetic resonance. Our customers and clients feel all of this, even if they’re not consciously aware of it, it’s still there and working away underneath the surface.

Every aspect of our business is feeding into, or feeding off this energy. Just like us individually, we want to make sure our energy systems are running clearly because, as you’ve no doubt heard me say, there is more to us (and our businesses) than just the physical. This is true of our family dynamics, our interpersonal relationships, our  bank account and so on. Any project or situation we find ourselves in has been created energetically first

“Businesses have an energetic imprint, the energy can effect the outcome. ”

Two types of soul-led business leaders

  1. Soul-lead individuals establishing new businesses and projects led from soul: they’ve gone through their spiritual awakening and have discovered what their soul desires them to bring to the world. They’re willing to go through the personal reconfiguration that happens as they align with not only their personal truth, but the truth, legacy and impact of the soul work —the business or project—that is tapping on their awareness and asking them to bring it into form.

  2. Established business leaders in “old” business models who are called to create change inside an organisation: these people feel the call to move into the new era of working from alignment, even if they don’t exactly know that yet! They often find me as they’re feeling the stirrings of change, without really knowing exactly what that change is. I tend to arrive at the right time!

It means that old paradigms of business —and indeed our entire way of living! —is changing. We’re seeing it play out in many life areas, but this is one that I get quite excited by, especially when business and trade and money have had an imbalanced understanding of true power.

How does this apply to you?

  • If you work for a business / corporation / you’re an employee…. you can be working from the inside to create change. Working on yourself, bringing the ideas to the corporates, can (albeit slowly) change the way things happen in your organisation. More than that, take the time to connect to the energy of the company you work for —can you connect with the soul of the company? What is is truly asking you to do?

  • If you are feeling called to bring through some sort of soul work —create a business, a passion project or some other exploration … let soul guide you, connect with the soul of the business. Do your inner work to allow yourself to become the custodian of that work, that legacy and that impact.

  • If you’re the owner of a bigger, more established business born out of the old paradigm, be willing to be at the forefront of change.

The energetic structures on our planet are changing. It’s causing an effect on our outer worlds and we’re seeing it through cultural movements, our political leaders called into account, our collective beliefs and rigid ideas of how things should be… they’re all changing, and so too is the way we do business.

“My prediction is, that the ones that not only survive —but thrive—will be the ones who harness the energy beneath it all. ”
