What is a Spiritual Support Team, or SST?
This is the name I give the group of high vibrational, non-physical beings in the spirit realm who are assigned to work with you. Think spirit guides, angels, archangels, ascended masters and other light beings who want to help you heal, learn and grow. They know your path and want to guide you.
Each member of your SST plays an important role, guiding you along your life path
Your SST will remind you of your path and purpose. It will tug at your intuition, reminding you of all you already know deep within, before asking you to apply what you discover to radically transform yourself and your life path. Your SST already know the lessons and purpose your soul chose to explore in this lifetime, as encoded in your soul’s blueprint, and it wants you to remember that you already know those details, too.

Who is my Spirit Guide?
We all have at least one main spirit guide, assigned to work with us throughout this entire lifetime. We each have a different spirit guide, although other members of our SST may be shared. The best way to find out, is to ask them!
How many Spirit Guides do I have?
While we all have one main spirit guide, we will also encounter other guides at various points along our journey. We may have a Teacher Guide, a Healer Guide or other beings who turn up in key moments. We also have a Blueprint Guide to help us fulfil our soul’s mission.
How do I communicate with my Spirit Guides?
You can meet your Spiritual Support Team through meditation, automatic writing, oracle cards, dreams, signs and symbols or other means. Try the Meet Your Spirit Guide meditation in my shop as a starting point.
What’s my Spirit Guide’s name?
The world of spirit is often fascinated that we want to know their names. In truth, they don’t have names as we know them, but will often supply us a name we can relate to, or that reflects their energetic frequency and imprint. They won’t really mind what you call them!
What is a Blueprint Guide?
Blueprint Guides are guides tasked with liaising with souls regarding their blueprints. These guides counsel us on the soul agreements, choices and experiences detailed in our blueprints, decided before incarnation.
Who is Helen’s Spirit Guide?
Chris is the name I affectionately call my SST, although it is not just one guide, but a group of non-physical guiding beings. Although I refer to Chris in the masculine, spirit guides don’t really identify as a gender, each with their own mix of masculine and feminine energy.
