Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we offer the following “Conditional” refund policy.

In order to receive a refund on any service, no work or part thereof is to have commenced by us. If the service has been completed, no refund will be issued. For digital downloads like meditations, digital journals, audio guides, all sales are final and no refund will be issued. Refunds may be issued for memberships if the requirements of the product T&Cs have been met. If you have purchased a physical product, you have seven days from delivery to request a refund for a faulty item, with documentation provided as to the fault.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a refund, you can email us at hello@helenjacobs.co within 7 days of the purchase date, and if you have met the conditions of our refund policy, we will give you your money back.

Our policy is in addition to any legal rights you may have through legislation that applies to your purchase. If you believe that a law in your geographic area entitles you to a refund outside of what is permitted by this policy, please contact us at hello@helenjacobs.co. We will verify our legal obligations, and if required, we will provide you with a refund.
